You will collaborate with enterprise architects to evaluate cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and define controls based on NIST CSF and CCM. The role demands strong leadership and cross‑organization influence in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cloud security in complex environments.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Understanding of industry trends in cloud technologies.
• One or more years in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience working with outsourced teams.

• Experience partnering with colleagues across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cloud security across lifecycle strategy, design, implementation, and operations.
• Deliver security evaluation reports on cloud providers and SaaS solutions.
• Establish security requirements for cloud solutions against standards such as NIST CSF and CCM.
• Provide domain expertise in public and private cloud and enterprise technology.
• Identify controls to drive cloud security framework based on risk.
• Continually evaluate new threats and implement security controls.
• Recommend improvements and coordinate with clients and vendors on remediation.
• Use security reference architectures to design secure solutions.
• Contribute to policies and templates aligned with strategy and roadmap.
• Participate in security and non-security projects to ensure requirements are met.
• Perform assessments and threat modeling for new technologies.
• Advocate for information security with stakeholders.
• Monitor trends and adjust Entergy’s security posture as needed.
