Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to lead cybersecurity initiatives in a dynamic financial services environment. You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise security controls across cloud, network, endpoint, and identity domains, and guide incident response and threat detection engineering.

The role requires 7+ years in cybersecurity, with strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management, and preferred CISSP/CCSP/CISM certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field.
• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience including security engineering and architecture.
• Experience with enterprise security technologies across cloud, network, endpoint, and identity domains.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR/EPS, and vulnerability scanners.
• Proficiency in securing cloud environments (Azure, Microsoft 365).
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services.
• Preferred CISSP, CCSP, or CISM certifications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security controls across cloud and network domains.
• Lead security engineering initiatives with secure design guidance.
• Manage identity security controls including MFA and PAM.
• Optimize security tools and platforms (SIEM, DLP, endpoint protection).
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation prioritization.
• Support incident response including threat hunting and forensics.
• Develop and maintain security procedures and baselines.
• Perform risk assessments and mitigation recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security requirements.
