Fuze Health, a US-based digital health company, seeks a Senior Security Engineer to strengthen controls across teams, review designs, and build automation with Python. You will contribute to compliance programs and audits to ensure secure cloud and on-prem environments.

The role requires 4+ years in security engineering, hands-on Kubernetes, scripting, and cloud security, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced team and occasional travel within the US.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security engineering with focus on infrastructure, cloud and application security.
• Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes (K8s) and container platforms in production environments.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Terraform or similar).

Responsibilities

• Promote strong security controls across teams and during architectural reviews.
• Assess designs and security posture; recommend architecture improvements.
• Develop automation to integrate security tooling and enable coverage across environments.
• Support audits and compliance initiatives (HiTrust, ISO 27001) from a security perspective.
