Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Hawthorne, CA seeks a Sr. Security Engineer to join the Security Operations Center, protecting and advancing the company’s mission. The role focuses on behind-the-scenes technologies that secure networks and systems to meet industry standards.

You will drive design and implementation of security controls, automate identity and access workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce risk while delivering scalable, robust security solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a STEM field or 2+ years of security software development experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience with Python, Go, C#, or Rust.
• 5+ years designing and implementing security solutions for OS, distributed systems, or enterprise infra.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain security solutions for company systems, networks, and data.
• Authentication and identity services, including MFA and IAM technologies.
• Identity lifecycle management and automation across the organization.
