Job summary

Pacific Fusion seeks a Senior Security Engineer to implement, monitor, and maintain security controls across IT systems, including SaaS, on-premise, and endpoints. You will design access controls, oversee baselines, respond to incidents, and document our compliance evidence in a growing hybrid environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT security, strong SaaS config knowledge, and hands-on experience with MDM and Entra ID.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT security, endpoint management, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS security configuration and administration.
• Experience with identity and access management, MFA, and conditional access policies (Microsoft Entra ID preferred).
• Understanding of endpoint protection, patch management, and encryption.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain security settings for critical SaaS applications and platforms.
• Manage and enforce MDM policies for company devices and BYOD.
• Oversee endpoint security across Windows/macOS/mobile devices, including patching and encryption.
• Implement and maintain MFA and conditional access aligned to security controls.
• Monitor for security incidents and document incident response actions.
• Maintain documentation of security controls, policies, and procedures.
