Confidential Company in Washington, DC is seeking a System Administrator to lead endpoint and SaaS platform support across a hybrid workforce. This hands-on role owns provisioning, securing, and maintaining systems used daily, while delivering high-quality end-user support.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of IT experience, strong skills across macOS, Windows, Linux, and mobile, and hands-on MDM and cloud identity experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support and systems administration across macOS, Windows, and mobile.
• Proficient with macOS, Windows 11/Server 2019/2022, Linux, iOS and Android.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and maintain macOS, Windows, and mobile endpoints.
• Provide end-user support for laptops, mobile devices, SaaS tools, and authentication systems.
• Manage and optimize MDM platforms (Jamf Pro and Intune).
• Package and deploy software to Apple and Microsoft devices.
• Build and secure on-premises/VM environments using Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux via VMware vCenter.
• Own Active Directory: GPO, DNS, DHCP, and domain controller administration.
• Manage Azure VMs, networks, storage, and IAM/RBAC.
• Troubleshoot LAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, printers.
• Oversee backups and backup infrastructure.
• Maintain asset inventory and SaaS license tracking.
• Document configurations, procedures, and IT workflows.
