Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate Security Engineer to design, build and operate controls protecting the company’s corporate environment, endpoints, SaaS platforms and cloud services.

The role emphasizes identity and access management, Zero Trust, AI security, data protection and incident readiness. You will partner with IT, Security, Compliance and business teams in a hybrid schedule based in Nashville.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience designing, building and operating technical security controls in enterprise environments.
• Experience securing identity, endpoints, SaaS platforms, collaboration tools, cloud-connected services and internal systems.
• Strong experience with IAM concepts including MFA, conditional access, privileged access and least privilege.
• Experience with security tools such as MDR platforms, EDR, SIEM, and cloud security tooling.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and secure system design.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate technical security controls across Charlie Health’s corporate technology environment.
• Engineer scalable security solutions for identity, endpoints, SaaS platforms, cloud-connected services, collaboration tools and internal systems.
• Translate security requirements into reliable technical controls, automations, detections and operational workflows.
• Partner with IT Engineering to embed secure-by-design practices into enterprise systems and infrastructure.
• Establish control patterns that improve security posture, auditability and resilience.
• Design and improve identity and access controls across workforce systems and apps.
• Implement and mature controls for MFA, conditional access and least privilege.
• Lead EDR, MDM, and cloud security posture improvements across platforms.
• Build detections, alerts and runbooks with Expel MDR and internal teams.
• Support AI security adoption and practical AI security controls.
