AMH in Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to lead the research, testing, deployment, and optimization of security products and services with strong cloud security and risk management focus. You will design secure operating systems, networks, and databases, and conduct vulnerability scans and intrusion detection.
Responsibilities include managing security incidents, performing root-cause analyses, mentoring junior staff, and delivering security controls and dashboards.

Is responsible for the research, testing, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of security products and services supported by effective change management. Responsibilities include cloud security and cloud risk management. Design, test, and implement secure operating systems, networks, and databases. Conducts password audits, network based and web application-based vulnerability scanning, virus management, and intrusion detection. Manages risk audits and assessments and provides recommendations for application design. Monitors and analyzes system access logs. Plans for security backup and system disaster recovery. Manages projects/processes, coaches, and reviews the work of lower-level professionals.
The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $105,322.00 to $131,652.00 Annually. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
This position is eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus.
