Qualifications
- Senior-level experience as a Lead Security Electronics Technician, Systems Commissioning Tech, or Technical Field Superintendent in security electronics or detention integration industries.
- Deep expertise in AC/DC power, network architecture, and complex relay/control systems.
- Certifications such as Card Access, IP Video, PLC, BICSI are preferred; OSHA 10/30 required.
- Ability to read, interpret, redline, and execute complex electrical schematics and technical docs.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical site leadership across San Antonio-area project sites.
- Lead advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system integration for security electronics.
- Direct testing and commissioning, including FAT/SAT activities.
- Review drawings and submittals to resolve field/design discrepancies.
- Act as primary on-site technical contact with PMs, engineers, programmers, and clients.
