Job summary

White Pine Innovations, part of the Seneca Nation Group portfolio, seeks a Management Analyst to support the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) CY-RALLI program. Responsibilities include research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and creation of knowledge products for the SC workforce on 16,000+ global personnel.

The role requires a Master's degree and 10+ years of government-related work, with strong client-facing communication and proficiency in Office 365 and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related research field.
• 10+ years of experience in or supporting the US government.
• US Citizenship with an active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Research, storyboard, and prepare visual material for executive-level and academic presentations.
• Establish metrics and feedback loops to monitor product impact on workforce readiness.
• Conduct research and analysis of SC workforce needs, gaps, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and providing analytical support to DSCU faculty and staff.
• Lead and establish priorities for vetting content, product development, and stakeholder coordination.
• Research findings and literature reviews from diverse sources.
• Actionable analysis of collected research to identify relevant information and translate findings into indicators and recommendations.
• Synthesize findings to present relevant security cooperation information in Job Aids.
• Design and develop evidence-based Job Aids with clear data depictions; 15–20 final products annually.
• Prepare, update, and manage Quarterly Knowledge Products Plan with final review before dissemination.
• Coordinate guest speakers, panels, briefings and consultations with DSCU guidance.
