Job summary

Prodata Systems NV is seeking a security consultant to join a team of consultants based in Zaventem, serving customers mainly in Belgium. The role includes design, implementation, and support of security solutions, with occasional travel.

You will work across security platforms and contribute to customer evaluations and successful deployments. The position emphasizes hands-on architecture, pre-sales support, and ongoing certifications to stay current with evolving threats and technologies.

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of Ethernet and TCP/IP networks.
• Experience with perimeter security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC).
• Strong content security (anti-malware, web security, URL filtering).
• Experience with Identity Management technologies.
• Familiarity with security management solutions (UTM, SIEM, audits).
• Understanding of security governance and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Discover and test new security solutions and features.
• Build architectures and designs based on customer requirements.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and product demonstrations.
• Perform audits and suggest improvements.
• Document customers' infrastructures and implementation details.
• Coordinate activities on projects.
• Run technical product trainings.
• Support customer product evaluations.
