Job summary

Second Front Systems is seeking a Head of Security Compliance & Authorization to lead the security programs protecting the Game Warden platform. You will own corporate compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO, CMMC) and security authorization for government environments, guiding a team across product lifecycle and engagements with DoD and federal customers.

The role requires building durable programs, maturing teams, and aligning security with product delivery, with residency in the DC/Maryland/Virginia

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with product security or government programs.
• Experience leading security teams and setting priorities.
• Proven track record in cloud and application security.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Authorization and Compliance team.
• Define security strategy for Game Warden aligned with business goals.
• Establish processes for authorization and continuous monitoring.
• Build a security roadmap with investments and staffing needs.
• Oversee DoD, federal, and national security authorization packages.
• Ensure evidence and documentation are accurate and current.
• Drive reusable controls and automation for evidence collection.
• Report risks and program status to leadership.
