Job summary

Second Front Systems seeks a strategic Head of Security Compliance & Authorization to lead compliance programs and government authorization for the Game Warden platform. You will own RMF/FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO, and manage evidence, controls, and continuous monitoring across national security environments.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Platform, Legal and leadership to embed security across the product lifecycle and guide readiness for audits and DoD reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with product security or government authorization programs.
• 5+ years leading cybersecurity professionals and teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms and government authorization programs.
• Ability to balance delivery with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Authorization and Compliance teams and set strategy.
• Own compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO, CMMC) and RMF/FedRAMP.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Legal and leadership.
• Manage audits, evidence, and continuous monitoring activities.
• Develop reusable controls and cross-framework mappings.
• Report program status and risks to executives.
