Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Senior Technology Manager, Security Engineering & Architecture to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on secure-by-design technology across the enterprise. You will shape strategy, drive security architecture, and partner with product, data, and infrastructure leaders to reduce risk while enabling growth.

You will oversee security engineering, endpoint security, and attack surface management, balancing risk reduction with operational excellence and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years delivering cybersecurity programs, engineering solutions, and risk reduction in complex enterprises.
• 5+ years of people leadership leading technical teams.
• Experience building or transforming cybersecurity capabilities, programs, or operating models.
• Experience leading security engineering, endpoint security, infrastructure security, or related disciplines.
• Strong background in security engineering, threat modelling, and enterprise risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Security Engineering & Architecture.
• Lead and develop a team of security architects and engineers with a culture of accountability and inclusion.
• Establish and mature security architecture standards, threat modelling, and design reviews.
• Own the endpoint security strategy, roadmap, and related controls and platforms.
• Oversee Offensive Security and Attack Surface Management capabilities and remediation.
• Build partnerships with Enterprise Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Data & AI to influence outcomes.
• Establish metrics and governance with GRC to align with regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and budgets for Security Engineering & Architecture.
