Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Senior Security Architect with extensive IT and cybersecurity architecture experience to translate business capabilities into secure solution concepts, architecture models, technology strategies, and service structures.

You will lead enterprise security architecture, drive Zero Trust, support cloud/hybrid environments, and develop reusable patterns and an AI-enabled software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 7+ years in the relevant concentration.
• Experience in cybersecurity and application solutions.
• Experience leading enterprise security architecture and translating cyber risks into practical controls.
• Experience with secure, scalable, resilient application architectures.
• Experience with Zero Trust, cloud, hybrid environments, and agentic AI environments.
• Experience with security architecture covering identity, workloads, API access, data, delivery, and resilience.
• Experience with threat modeling and remediation guidance.
• Experience developing reusable reference architectures, engineering patterns, and automated controls.
• Experience with architecture governance, standards, blueprints, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Translate business capabilities into well-defined projects and programs with clear objectives.
• Lead enterprise security architecture advancing Zero Trust and translating risks into practical controls.
• Shape secure, scalable application architectures supporting modernization and AI capabilities.
• Lead security designs covering identity, workload, API access, data, and resilience.
• Define an AI-native software delivery lifecycle embedding security requirements and guardrails.
• Architect production agentic systems with scoped permissions and monitored access.
• Translate security policies into reusable architectures and automated controls.
• Use threat modeling to identify risks and guide remediation.
• Communicate architecture concepts and ensure governance alignment.
• Promote architecture standards and obtain buy-in from leaders.
