Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior II Security Architect to lead the implementation of Guardicore micro-segmentation for large enterprise environments.

You will plan, install, and integrate the product across diverse data center and cloud infrastructures, coordinating with customers to deliver tailored segmentation solutions. The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, deep networking knowledge, and strong scripting skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Experience deploying, configuring and troubleshooting software or networking equipment.
• In-depth knowledge in Networking, Operating Systems and Data Center Infrastructure.
• Demonstrate ability to be proactive with a keen desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning, installation and integration of the Guardicore product in diverse infrastructure environments.
• Working with customers throughout a delivery project life cycle from project management and architecture design to installation, configuration and documentation.
• Deploying and implementing network segmentation policies using our segmentation platform.
• Delivering advanced professional services (such as customizations / training / expansions / configurations / optimizations).
• Working closely with Support and Engineering teams to resolve client issues and drive post-sales satisfaction.
