Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Security Architect to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of our security strategy within a Service Provider environment in Dallas. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure security controls protect business objectives and regulatory requirements.

The role involves risk assessments, threat modeling, and guiding encryption, authentication, and authorization solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in security architecture design and implementation within a Service Provider.
• Experience with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
• Deep knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security concepts and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain security architecture framework to protect business assets.
• Perform risk assessments and threat modeling to identify priorities.
• Conduct security reviews of vendors and third‑party partners.
• Advise leadership on security best practices and emerging threats.
