Informa TechTarget in Newton, MA is seeking a strategic Security Architect to define and drive cloud and enterprise security architecture. You will own the security architecture vision and partner with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure to embed security across the technology stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with deep cloud security expertise.
• Proven track record leading enterprise security architecture in multi-cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud security best practices across AWS and GCP; familiarity with CIEM, CSPM and related tooling.
• Experience with secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and modern identity frameworks (IAM, Zero Trust).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise security architecture with long-term roadmaps for cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments.
• Define security principles, standards and governance aligned to regulations (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, SOX).
• Lead security audits, remediation plans, and continuous improvement.
• Design and operate IAM architecture based on least privilege and Zero Trust.
• Lead security for multi‑cloud (AWS, GCP) including CSPM/CIEM and threat detection systems.
• Guide DevOps and development teams on secure coding and SDLC integration.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Infrastructure to embed security across the lifecycle.
