ISO New England Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to advance enterprise security across cloud, infrastructure, AI, and DevSecOps.

You will guide governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen security across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong cloud security, vulnerability management, AI security, and DevSecOps experience, with a focus on regulatory compliance and secure technology adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity, security engineering, or AI security roles.
• Strong experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and DevSecOps.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (NERC CIP, NIST, CIS).
• Experience integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations.
• Implement security controls across cloud, infrastructure, applications, and AI/ML environments.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to integrate security into system design and operations.
• Provide mentorship and drive continuous security improvements.
