Job summary

Preferred certifications include CFCE, CHFI, CDFE, GCIH, GCFA, GCFE, GNFA, CEH, GCFR, GEIR, GCDA, with a strong emphasis on regulatory alignment and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Security-focused role requiring monitoring, detection, and response expertise.
• Experience in leading SOC initiatives and mentoring analysts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, tune, and maintain security monitoring content, detections, and alerting within the SOC.
• Lead security improvement initiatives and projects strengthening detection and response capabilities.
• Create, maintain, and improve threat hunting procedures, playbooks, and documentation.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for SOC analysts to assist with rule creation and investigations.
• Ensure security operations align with regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Provide actionable guidance to address deficiencies and mentor junior team members.
