Raytheon Missiles & Defense seeks a Sr. Security Analyst to support SAP/security processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect sensitive programs. You will process PSQs, manage security databases, and help prepare incident reports in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, knowledge of DoDM/32 CFR parts, and the ability to work extended hours and travel as needed. RTX offers competitive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with SAP/SCI security programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), ICD-705 and related security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support personnel, physical, and program security procedures per 32 CFR 117, DoDM 5205.07, SEADs, and ICD-705.
• Develop and maintain local SOPs for security operations.
• Support subcontractor security requirements and provide guidance as needed.
• Process personnel security actions in alignment with DoDM 5205.07.
• Participate in internal assessments and Government inspections.
• Document security incidents and prepare basic reports.
