The Sr. Security Analyst will support Raytheon's consolidated enterprise Special Access Programs (SAP) Personnel Security Center (PSC). This role assists with administering SAP security processes and ensuring compliance with applicable Government regulations, including 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDM 5205.07, SEADs, and ICD-705. The selected candidate will help process Pre-Screening Questionnaires (PSQs), submit required reporting to customer stakeholders, maintain security databases, and ensure proper execution of personnel and physical security requirements. Additional duties include supporting internal and external security reviews, documenting findings, recommending corrective actions, and safeguarding employee personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act.

Qualifications You Must Have

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) or other Government security policies
• Prior experience supporting SAP or SCI programs
• Familiarity with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and/or ICD-705
• Degree in Business Management, Security, Criminal Justice, Information Management, or related field
• National Security experience
• DCSA/CDSE coursework (e.g., Introduction to SAPs, ICD-705, SFPC, SPSC, PSC)
