Job summary

RedTrace Technologies in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Program Security Representative II (PSR II) with TS/SCI eligibility to support SAP programs on-site.

You will manage day-to-day security for collateral, SCI, and SAP activities, ensuring compliance with NISPOM and related policy, and you will brief personnel at all levels.

Role requires 8–10 years experience, SAP experience and certifications; travel 10–25% and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years related experience.
• SAP experience required.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience.
• Maximum SPED certifications credit is 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience (4 years).
• Travel 10%–25%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Assist in developing and executing policies for SAP, SCI and collateral data safeguarding.
• Provide day-to-day security support with continuous assessment of procedures.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats and risks to test, training, and operations.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
• Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility oversight.
• Brief all levels of personnel on security topics.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and close-outs, and track corrective actions.
• Notify program staff of pertinent security matters promptly.
• Coordinate with SAP security to incorporate lessons learned into training.
