Job summary

Iridium Satellite LLC is seeking a Senior Security Analyst/FSO to lead physical and personnel security across facilities in a hybrid work model.

You will serve as FSO/CSO/CPSO, coordinate security clearances, participate in government reviews, and ensure compliance with NISPOM and ICD 705 while partnering with Contracts and program management to meet regulatory requirements. This role requires US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of physical security management experience with NISPOM and ICD 705.
• Completion of FSO courses and CDSE certification.
• Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule, SEAD 3, and government requirements.
• Experience with security forms and management databases (DISS, NBIS, SWFT, NISS).
• Security management and COMSEC experience as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Facility Security Officer (FSO) or equivalent roles across multiple facilities.
• Coordinate and manage personnel security clearances per SEAD 3 and regulations.
• Lead government security reviews/audits and drive corrective actions.
• Interact with DCSA and other government entities.
• Conduct investigations into security incidents and report per requirements.
• Support security awareness education for employees.
• Review contracts and DD254s for security requirements with Contracts team.
• Act as lead Security POC/SME for assigned programs and provide training.
