Job summary

Artemis is seeking a Senior Security Analyst to join Apollo, the managed detection and response service. You will lead investigations across cloud, identity, endpoint, and SaaS, own case decisions, and guide customers through containment and resolution.

You’ll work with engineers to shape the platform and translate insights into actionable security outcomes. You will be a founding analyst who sets investigative standards, participates in the design of workflows, and helps scale robust detection

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on security operations in a SOC/MDR/MSSP.
• Experience across identity, cloud, endpoint, and SaaS.
• Fluency in MITRE ATT&CK and telemetry patterns.
• Evidence-driven analysis with clear closing criteria.
• Experience with AI-assisted investigation or automation.
• Strong customer-facing communication.
• High standard for quality of analysis.
• Willingness to work 24x7 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own investigations from start to finish, determining impact and verdict.
• Reconstruct attacker activity across identity, cloud, endpoint, and SaaS.
• Guide customers through containment actions with measurable outcomes.
• Make timely risk-based decisions and prioritize high-severity cases.
• Summarize findings clearly for customers and stakeholders.
• Hunt threats using hypothesis-driven approaches and AI tools.
• Collaborate with engineering to influence product improvements.
• Maintain meticulous evidence and audit trails for each case.
