Responsibilities include scaling SOC operations, hiring and mentoring analysts, and maintaining operational standards. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of cybersecurity experience and proven incident response skills, making a meaningful impact on clients’ defenses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, including team leadership in a SOC, MSSP, or MDR environment.
• Proven experience building or running a SOC / MDR operation.
• Hands-on incident response across various environments including cloud and endpoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale the MDR operation.
• Set the operating standard and improve SOPs.
• Own quality assurance and review analyst verdicts.
