Qualifications

• 12+ months of SOC tenure or equivalent experience.
• CySA+ certification or equivalent.
• Understanding how to use AI within the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Triage MDR alerts and monitor 24x7 networks.
• Create and review MDR playbooks and automations.
• Communicate with clients during high-severity incidents.
• Serve as SME for our platform and MDR tools.
• Verify correct execution of console protection actions.
