The Recruiting Hive in Boston is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its Securities Litigation & Enforcement Practice Group. You will handle sophisticated securities litigation, shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations, and enforcement matters for public companies, financial institutions, boards of directors, and senior executives.

Ideal candidates have a JD from a top law school, an active MA, NY or CA bar, and 4–7 years of substantive securities litigation experience, including

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school
• Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts, New York or California in good standing
• 4-7 years of substantive securities litigation experience
• Extensive experience litigating securities matters in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex securities class actions, shareholder litigation, and related disputes
• Defend public companies, boards, officers, directors, and financial institutions in high-stakes securities matters
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, pleadings, and appellate filings in federal and state courts
• Manage discovery, witness preparation, deposition strategy, and expert coordination
• Assist with shareholder derivative actions, fiduciary duty claims, and governance disputes
• Support SEC investigations, enforcement actions, and parallel regulatory proceedings
• Collaborate with teams across litigation, corporate, investigations, and regulatory groups
