Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts, New York or California in good standing.
• 4–7 years of substantive securities litigation experience.
• Extensive experience litigating securities matters in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex securities class actions, shareholder litigation, and related disputes.
• Defend public companies, boards, officers, directors, and financial institutions in high-stakes matters.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, pleadings, and appellate filings in federal and state courts.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review and deposition strategy.
• Assist with shareholder derivative actions, fiduciary duty claims, and governance disputes.
• Support SEC investigations, enforcement actions, and parallel regulatory proceedings.
