The candidate should have 4-7 years of experience in securities litigation, be admitted in MA/NY/CA, and be equipped to work in

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts, New York or California in good standing.
• 4-7 years of substantive securities litigation experience.
• Extensive experience litigating securities matters in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in complex securities class actions and shareholder litigation.
• Defend public companies, boards of directors, officers, and financial institutions in high-stakes matters.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, pleadings, and appellate filings in federal and state courts.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review and deposition strategy.
• Handle shareholder derivative actions and fiduciary duty claims.
• Assist clients responding to shareholder demands and internal investigations.
• Support clients facing SEC investigations and parallel regulatory proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys across litigation, corporate, and investigations groups.
