Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar admission.
• 10+ years of securities, governance and corporate law experience.
• 5+ years in a leading law firm environment.
• In-house experience with a publicly traded company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC compliance, public company reporting and proxy materials.
• Advise executive leadership on disclosures and investor relations.
• Support board and committee processes, meeting materials, resolutions, and minutes.
• Oversee equity and debt financing, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
• Provide guidance on international regulatory and governance matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide practical guidance to internal stakeholders.
