The ideal candidate holds a JD with an active bar membership and has 7+ years of relevant experience in law firms and public companies. Strong expertise in SEC regulations and governance is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience including law firm and in-house at a public company.
• Strong understanding of SEC regulations and corporate governance.
• Experience in M&A and strategic transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC and NYSE compliance including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K filings.
• Support earnings releases and investor communications.
• Advise on board matters and public company policies.
