Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification.
• 5+ years of experience managing and/or operating secure or regulated technology environments.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance; SCI eligible.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining secure facilities and controlled communications infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams in environments similar in size and complexity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

AGE Solutions is looking for a Senior Network Infrastructure Operations Manager to join our team in support of our DoD customer to lead the design, operation, and protection of mission‑critical communications environments. We are seeking a highly experienced RCDD‑certified professional to manage secure technology control facilities supporting high‑visibility missions. This role is ideal for an infrastructure leader with deep experience in secure communications, regulated environments, and technical team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the operational readiness of secure communications and technology control facilities

Compensation

$130,000+
