Candidates must have a SECRET clearance, U.S. citizenship, and at least five years of Navy ERP experience, plus a Bachelor's degree (or ten years with a HS diploma). DAWIA/Business FM training is desirable.

Qualifications

Active SECRET clearance required.
U.S. citizenship.
Five (5) years of Navy ERP experience.
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of verifiable business/financial support in S&T/R&D.
High school diploma with 10+ years of verifiable S&T/R&D support experience.
Desired: DAWIA S&TM (Levels II/III) or Business FM (Levels I-III) core training.

Responsibilities

Extract and organize cost analysis information for technical programs.
Assist in the annual phasing and planning process and help Program Officers develop spend plans.
Track availability and use of funds and review financial documents for impact on program objectives.
Support organizations with S&T and/or R&D missions.
Respond to data calls and plan and execute meetings, workshops, and program reviews.
