Job summary

The Building People, LLC is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Specialist / Senior with an active Secret Clearance. The role focuses on inspecting building systems, developing preventive maintenance plans, identifying deficiencies, and recommending repairs and modernization.

You will support GSA to DHS transition and work under applicable government guidelines. There is a strong emphasis on experience, with 7+ years (10+ for Senior) and a Bachelor’s degree, plus certifications like FMP/CFM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• FMP/CFM preferred and required for Senior.
• Salary offered will be commensurate with experience and certifications.
• Background screening and government clearance may be required.
• Telework arrangements may change based on customer requirements.

Responsibilities
