Job summary

The Building People is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Inspector with an active Secret Clearance. The selected candidate will perform facility inspections, document deficiencies, and conduct system testing, among other responsibilities.

This role requires at least 7 years of experience, with an Associate’s degree necessary and ICC/CBI preferred. The position offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
