Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect | SecOps to join a leader in the IT security space. This role partners with security leaders to strengthen detection, exposure management, and risk reduction across client environments, translating complex capabilities into clear business outcomes.

You will lead client-facing engagements from discovery through execution, designing scalable security operating models that support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; equivalent experience also considered.
• 8+ years of experience in security operations or exposure management with hands-on expertise in detection engineering.
• Customer-facing experience in a presales or solutions architecture role at a VAR or consultancy.
• Deep expertise in SIEM/SOAR platforms or vulnerability management systems.
• Experience designing risk-based vulnerability management programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements in security architecture from discovery to execution.
• Translate security capabilities into business risks and operating models for CISO and board-level presentations.
• Design unified architectures for threat and exposure management that prioritize risks effectively.
• Define risk scoring and remediation models accepted by stakeholders at all levels.
• Govern data foundations for security workflows, ensuring accuracy and normalization of findings.
