THE ROLE: SR. MANAGER TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING AND SEC REPORTING LOCATED IN OUR HQ, REDWOOD SHORES, CA
You will be responsible for serving as a finance partner in a global, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a broad range of corporate accounting functions including technical accounting issues, external reporting, coordinate SOX compliance and special projects. The position will have primary responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the company's external financial reporting. To be successful in this role, you must be hands-on, detail oriented, have a strong technical understanding of GAAP, have strong organizational and communication skills, and you must be flexible juggling multiple deadlines. This role will require partnering with all levels of management and staff to drive continual improvements, deliver quality results, and present implications of technical accounting guidance to management and accounting peers.
