Job summary

Andrews & Cole, LLC is seeking a senior professional to lead the Financial Reporting Team in preparing SEC filings and related financial analyses. You will oversee the consolidation, internal reporting, and external disclosures, collaborating with global leadership.

The role demands deep U.S. GAAP knowledge, eight years of relevant experience, CPA credentials, and strong communication with senior executives. In-office schedule Monday–Friday is required, with readiness for urgent regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Accounting or related discipline; CPA preferred.
• 8 years’ experience in Big 4 public accounting or equivalent industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.
• Ability to work with minimal direction, set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and exercise business judgment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with senior executives; strong public speaking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and SEC reporting tools; Workiva desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consolidated financial statements and internal management reporting.
• Oversee SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and other regulatory filings.
• Research technical accounting matters and implement new accounting standards.
• Advise business units on accounting matters and draft internal policies.
• Prepare internal presentations for senior management and Audit Committee.
