Job summary

Andrews & Cole, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Close & Reporting to lead the month-end and quarter-end close, consolidation, and corporate reporting across domestic and international entities. You will own the close process, oversee a team of accounting professionals, and partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors under the Corporate Controller.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Active CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, financial close, and multi-entity consolidation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with a major ERP; Dynamics GP and/or Dynamics 365 strongly preferred.
• Experience improving processes through technology and automation.
• Demonstrated people management and team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the month-end and quarter-end close end to end across entities.
• Execute consolidation across domestic and international entities, including intercompany activity and CTA accounting.
• Drive global close coordination and maintain close checklists and procedures.
• Oversee monthly revenue and deferred revenue close procedures.
• Coordinate with Technical Accounting on non-routine transactions and new standards adoption.
• Prepare corporate reporting packages and review monthly Flash and quarterly flux analysis.
• Coordinate quarterly US GAAP financial reporting with auditors and internal teams.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for GAAP compliance.
