Job summary

Andrews & Cole, LLC is seeking a qualified team member for its Financial Reporting Group to prepare SEC filings and manage benefit plan financial statements. You will support quarterly and annual regulatory reporting and interact with senior leadership globally.

The role requires CPA and 3+ years of relevant Big 4 or industry experience, with strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. On-site in Reston, VA, with opportunities to work with diverse finance teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in accounting or related field required.
• CPA credential highly preferred or required.
• Experience with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, 11-K) and other regulatory reports.
• Prepare internal management financial reporting and analyses from consolidated statements.
• Coordinate with auditors and service providers during audits.
• Draft accounting memos and assist in journal entry reviews.
• Support benefit plan financial statement preparation and submissions.
• Research accounting literature and implement new SEC guidance.
• Assist senior leadership with technical accounting matters.
