Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a public accounting firm or similar.
• 1 year of leadership experience in SEC reporting environment.
• CPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings.
• Conduct technical accounting research and prepare position papers.
• Manage accounting related to the Company’s 401(k) plan.
• Review lease contracts based on ASC 842.
• Support monthly and quarterly lease accounting processes.
• Maintain disclosure controls for accuracy of reporting.
• Aid SOX compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Investor Relations.
• Support SEC reporting systems and implement new technologies.
• Mentor junior team members on SEC reporting.
