The role requires CPA, deep GAAP knowledge, and 5+ years of relevant experience. The position emphasizes SOX compliance, data‑driven process improvements, and close partnership with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• SEC reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Sarbanes-Oxley compliance knowledge (COSO).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Public accounting/audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the Company’s Form 10-K, 10-Q, including footnotes and financial disclosures.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations to coordinate schedules in quarterly earnings materials.
• Prepare quarterly management reporting packages.
• Assist in SEC filings including Form 8-Ks, 11-K, registration statements, Proxy statements.
• Monitor SOX 404 controls and ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline SEC reporting using data analytics and digital tools.
• Work cross-functionally with Consolidations, Tax, Treasury, Legal, M&A, and Business Controllers.
• Assess complex non-routine transactions and related SOX impacts (acquisitions, impairments, revenue recognition, leases, etc.).
• Develop relationships with auditors for timely communication.
• Maintain understanding of SEC rules and US GAAP; stay current with new standards.
• Support ESG disclosures including CSRD reporting.
• Support inputs to the annual Proxy Statement.
• Perform accounting research and peer reviews as needed.
• Support leadership with special projects.
