Job summary

A high-growth healthcare company in Dallas is seeking a Senior SEC Accountant. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with in-office expectations and remote work during month-end close. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in accounting and a strong foundation in public accounting. Training on SEC reporting will be provided. The position offers a competitive salary between $90,000 to $110,000 and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in public accounting.
• Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys taking initiative and learning quickly.
• Prior SEC experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare supporting schedules and variance analysis.
• Perform and document SOX controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on accounting projects.
