Responsibilities

• Delegate to fish cutters and packers to ensure accurate weighing, portioning, and labeling.
• Review daily orders and cutting lists; verify completion and quality.
• Manage the team to stage and organize orders for proper routing and temperature control.
• Monitor and adjust workflow to meet delivery deadlines.
• Resolve production or packing issues immediately to prevent delays.
