Job summary

42dot, a mobility AI company and Hyundai’s Global Software Center, seeks a Sr. Staff Technical Project Manager to lead complex HW, FW, and SW programs for the Software-Defined Vehicle platform in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage supplier relationships, and drive programs from concept through validation, ensuring milestones align with corporate goals and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical project management experience driving complex embedded systems, semiconductor, or automotive platforms.
• 10+ years in engineering or technical roles with depth in embedded systems architecture and hardware-software interfaces.
• Agile execution: hands-on experience running sprints, planning, and retrospectives for engineering teams.
• Requirements driving: proven track record of defining PRDs, MRDs, and ERS in matrixed environments.
• Lifecycle frameworks: experience tracking milestones bound to V-Model and ISO processes.
• Vendor management: experience managing partnerships and vendor deliverables with third-party providers.
• Toolchain proficiency with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, CodeBeamer.
• Workflow efficiency: leveraging AI/LLM tools to accelerate documentation and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Program Execution: Drive concurrent HW, FW, and SW tracks for safety-critical SDV architectures.
• Requirements Coordination: Align Engineering with Business Development and PMO for PRDs/MRDs/ERS.
• Agile Cadence: Lead weekly meetings, sprints, planning, and retrospectives to maintain velocity.
• V-Model Tracking: Monitor progression through V-model and ISO validation processes.
• Supplier & Budget Management: Deep dives with silicon/software suppliers; manage development budgets.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Translate technical updates into milestones for non-technical stakeholders.
