Job summary

Expert Technology Services in Westlake, TX seeks an experienced QA automation architect to lead or contribute to building a new, unified automation platform from scratch.

You will work with Java, TypeScript, Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, REST/SOAP, Jenkins, and GitHub Copilot to deliver a scalable end-to-end testing engine supporting 13+ modernization teams, covering UI and API tests, with strong emphasis on CI/CD and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Architectural experience building QA automation platforms.
• Strong UI and API automation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to architecture and construction of a unified QA automation platform.
• Build scalable E2E automation for 13+ modernization teams (UI and API).
• Implement modern CI/CD practices with Jenkins and GitHub Copilot.
• Automate trade/order workflows and validate OMS rules and integrations.
• Design and execute API-driven tests (REST/SOAP) and director-pattern tests.
• Compare data between legacy systems and cloud/microservice platforms.
• Enhance test reporting dashboards for coverage and stability.
• Collaborate across teams to maintain unified automation standards.
