Job summary

10Pearls, LLC is seeking an SDET to design and run automated testing across component, API, E2E, and backend layers. The role requires hands-on Python, PERL, Robot Framework, Selenium, and CI/CD experience, with a focus on AI-assisted QA practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software lifecycle, mentor junior members, and drive AI-driven testing strategies in a fast-paced environment in the DC area.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python-based component testing.
• Experience with REST API testing and OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Hands-on with containerized environments and CI/CD tooling.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks (Robot Framework, Selenium).
• Experience with Git/GitHub actions and CI pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QA activities across development teams, using AI tools for analysis.
• Lead test strategy aligned with client objectives, incorporating AI.
• Research and evaluate AI-based testing tools for the team.
• Mentor junior team members in technical and client-facing skills.
• Develop AI-enhanced test plans with data-driven coverage.
• Report resource needs for software testing to supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality across SDLC.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Develop and execute AI-augmented automated test scripts.
• Plan and coordinate testing activities with AI considerations.
• Participate in client meetings and QA reviews.
• Support QA activities like training, interviews, etc.
