Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in quality engineering or software development with leadership in large teams.
- Proven track record architecting and scaling test automation for distributed, cloud-native systems.
- Experience influencing enterprise strategy and leading transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency with Python or OO languages; knowledge of ad-tech a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define vision and roadmap for test automation across multiple units.
- Influence test architecture and CI/CD adoption across teams.
- Set enterprise quality standards with executive stakeholders.
- Lead scalable, cloud-native test automation and tooling decisions.
- Coach SDETs and engineers through knowledge-sharing and mentorship.
- Lead delivery of concurrent testing initiatives in Agile environments.
- Drive innovation with AI/ML in testing and observability.
