Qualifications
- 10+ years in software quality engineering or test automation.
- 5+ years managing managers or leading multi-team organizations.
- Experience scaling quality functions in cloud-native, high-scale environments.
- Expertise in modern test automation frameworks, CI/CD, and trends in software quality.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills; able to influence executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple quality engineering teams and assess talent at scale.
- Define multi-year roadmaps for quality across advertising platforms and business goals.
- Drive transformation with best-in-class practices, tools, and quality metrics.
- Set technical direction for large-scale test automation and cloud-native solutions.
- Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure test automation is embedded early in development.
